  • Introduction to Cell & Molecular Biology

    This program covers essential biochemistry, cell membrane transport, cellular communication, protein targeting, cellular respiration, and photosynthesis.

    Students will also explore scientific methods, evolution, mitosis, meiosis, Mendelian genetics, and the mechanisms of gene expression.

  • Introduction to Organismal Biology

    This program covers biological hierarchy, natural selection, mitosis, meiosis, Mendelian genetics, pedigree analysis, and quantitative skills like chi-square and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.

    Students will also investigate species isolation, plant and animal evolution, tissue systems, and population dynamics models.

  • Introduction to General Chemistry

    This program covers chemical nomenclature, dimensional analysis, advanced stoichiometry, limiting reactants, and net ionic equations for aqueous reactions.

    Students will also master gas laws, calorimetry, Hess’s law, quantum numbers, periodic trends, Lewis structures, and VSEPR molecular geometry.

  • Introduction to Organic Chemistry

    This program covers molecular structure, resonance, acid-base strength, IUPAC nomenclature, and alkane conformations.

    Students will also master stereochemistry, substitution and elimination mechanisms, alcohol and addition reactions, aromaticity, and spectroscopy basics.

  • Introduction to Algebra-Based Physics

    This program covers 1D and 2D kinematics, projectile motion, Newton's laws, friction, and inclined planes.

    Students will also master work-energy theorems, momentum conservation, uniform circular motion, rotational dynamics, torque, and simple harmonic oscillations.

  • Introduction to Calculus

    This program covers functions and trigonometry reviews, limits, continuity, the Intermediate Value Theorem, and fundamental differentiation rules like the chain rule.

    Students will also master advanced calculus concepts, including optimization, related rates, antiderivatives, Riemann sums, and U-substitution integration techniques.

  • No. Our Summer Bridge program is strictly preparatory and designed to build foundational skills and understanding. They do not grant college credit.

  • The STEMCore Summer Bridge Program runs from June 7th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026. This includes 24 hours of live instruction time, broken into 90-minute classes over 8 weeks.

  • After signing up for a summer program, the only technology requirements for the prep courses are a stable internet connection, and a computer capable of accessing Google Meets.

  • If a student needs assistance with the summer program material, they are more than welcome to reach out to their instructor and schedule an appointment with them through our booking system. They can additionally book a tutoring session with any tutor by going to “Book Now”.
