Liam

Founder of STEMCore Tutoring

Liam is a third-year Biology major on the Pre-Med track at Binghamton University with over three years of tutoring experience. He founded STEMCore Tutoring to make science and math approachable, engaging, and confidence-building for every student.

Sofia

Specializes in Organic Chemistry, Biology

Sofia is a senior at Binghamton University majoring in Biology and on the pre-med track. She is from Orange County NY, and has been a TA for general chemistry and organic chemistry for over a year. She joined STEMCore to help other students succeed and better understand concepts in biology and organic chemistry.

Aidan

Specializes in Engineering, Physics

Aidan is a Senior Mechanical Engineering student with experience tutoring and instructing students as a General Physics I Lab Teaching Assistant. He has worked with college-level students in mechanics and kinematics, supporting both individual understanding and collaborative learning in a classroom setting. He joined STEMCore tutoring to help students build strong problem-solving skills and confidence in a variety of STEM subjects.

Alex is a third-year Mechanical Engineering major at Binghamton University with over 3 years of tutoring experience and a semesters worth of experience as a physics TA. He has experience in engineering course material and engineering applications.

Joshua is a fourth-year integrative neuroscience major on a pre-med track at Binghamton University and he is from Warwick, NY. He has over years of experience in tutoring from all years in high school and being a TA in college. He is excited to help students be able to be the best versions of themselves in their academic careers specifically in a foundation of biology.

Kayla is a second-year PharmD student at Binghamton University. She got her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior from Cornell University. She is passionate about tutoring and is dedicated to helping students feel confident and capable in their academic abilities.

Justin is a fourth-year Biochemistry major at Binghamton University with 1 year of tutoring experience and multiple semesters worth of experience as a TA within biology and chemistry fields. He specializes mainly in organic chemistry and general chemistry, as well as introductory biology curriculum.

Brooke is a senior Industrial and Systems Engineering major on the Pre-Med track at Binghamton University. She has experience in research and enjoys helping students build confidence in challenging subjects. In her free time, she works as an EMT and is passionate about volunteer work and giving back to her community.
